The Commanderie is pitched high on a hill top, where a flagstone with a drain was found, which makes it possible to understand that this was a place dedicated to the worship of water.
The commanderie was made up of several building and a barn which was restored supported by nine buttresses of a big size. On the ground floor of the home is the kitchen with a baker’s oven and the refectory all three in row.
An octagonal tower (today ploughed up) gave access to the apartments of the commander. The church was located on the ground floor of the capped tower which was 20 meters high.
